My name is Christian Rosales, founder of Helping Hand Authority Foundation. It is hard to describe how I felt when I first discovered I have Paget’s disease at the age of nineteen. A couple of years later I was diagnosed with stage 3 Non-Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. As if having cancer wasn’t bad enough, I was told I needed to begin chemo the next day! It wasn’t easy to take it all in at first but I always tried to remain positive and focused on my future and beating this disease. Then, just when I thought I was at the end of successfully overcoming my 8-month-long-battle, life threw yet another curve ball at me with new diagnosis – Congestive Heart Failure!  Throughout my years of dealing with all these different diseases, I’ve come to notice how it has affected not only me, but my family and friends as well. I felt alone and as if I didn’t have anyone or anywhere to turn to.

I decided to create this foundation in order to help other young adults and children in similar situations and emotionally guide them through this life changing experience and be their Helping Hand.
